Default All-Grain - Crooked Tree Clone

Recipe Type: All Grain
Yeast: WLP001
Yeast Starter: yes
Batch Size (Gallons): 5
Original Gravity: 1.073
Final Gravity: 1.016
IBU: 47.76
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7days 70F
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14
Tasting Notes: This is the best IPA I have mad and close to the real thing.

11.5 lbs Pale Malt (2row)
1 Lbs Crystal 10L
1 Lbs Munich Malt

1oz Chinook 45 Min...................13AA.........46.6
1oz Cascade 5 Min.................5.75AA...........3.8
1oz Centennial Dry Hopping.....10.50AA..........0

I think I'm gonna give this one a shot!
I really like this beer.
But do not like their bottle labels.

It's good but I don't know how close it comes to Crooked Tree.
