Nice hop bitterness & very grapefruity
I wanted to make a nice hoppy pale ale for the summertime. This is probably the best beer i have made so far. It has a nice full body and a wonderful grapefruity hop aroma I will definitely be making this again!

Ingredients

9lb Pale malt
3lb Victory malt
8oz Honey malt
4oz White Wheat

.5oz Simcoe 13%aa (60min)
.5oz Simcoe 13%aa (30min)
.5oz Citra 12%aa (15min)
.5oc Citra 12%aa (5min)

1oz Citra 12%aa (dry hop 5 days)

Harvested WLP001

Mashed @ 152 for 90min

Fermented @ 63F OG 1.060 FG 1.015
