Recipe Type: All Grain Yeast: English Ale WLP002 Yeast Starter: 1L Batch Size (Gallons): 5 Original Gravity: 1.047 Final Gravity: 1.105 IBU: 22.8 IBU Boiling Time (Minutes): 60 Color: 15 SRM Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 4 weeks around 70F Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): none Tasting Notes: Maybe a little low on hops. Very smooth.
