So I am in the middle of a kegerator build(ill have a build thread up later today). It is going to be covered in wood. It will have stained pine for a border with tongue and goove on the sides. For the top, I have built a new tower out of wood. I plan on screwing this to a piece of plywood painted black. I am going to glue pennies to that and then cover it with epoxy to make a penny bar top of sorts with the stained pine for the border. My question is about a drip tray. I am concerned that stainless will clash with the pennies and stained wood. I have thought about making my own tray from a register cover as I have seen others do. But I still dont know what finish to go with for that. I saw that they make brass finished register covers which might look ok. Any ideas?
