What size? They are pretty much just a cylinder and cone. Here's some for a 7 and 30 gallon ones that I had sketched up.

Thank you WPStrassburg.
Size would be around 15 gallons. I know they are basically a cylinder and cone.

I'm more interested in optimal cone angle and cone height to radius ratio or cylinder height to radius ratio (for cleaning and better fermentation). What about size of a spigot (or maybe a valve) on the bottom? If there are two spigots, where should I put the upper one?

Is conical fermenter suitable for carbonation or it should be reinforced?

Sorry for my bad English.

I believe the optimal angle for the cone is 60 degrees down. Just look at the ones from B3 or Blichmann to get an idea of what to use for hardware.

It would be awesome to be able to carbonate in a conical, but the sucker would have to be able to be pressurized to appropriate pressure for the temperature. If you can pull that off, build 2 and I'll take 1 :D
