Does anyone have any simple brewing recipes on the cheap?

I'm looking to make a pretty basic, but delicious beer. Nothing too complicated.

This was a very tasty amber ale I made a few months ago. Munich 60 Amber Ale
I am not sure how simple you are wanting to go, but this is an extract with steeping grain recipe.

Are you new to brewing?

Get an ingredient kit from one of the major online retailers. That takes all of the guesswork of recipe formulation out of the equation and lets you focus on the brewing process. Austin Homebrew, Northern Brewer, Brewmaster's Warehouse, Midwest Supplies....these all have super fresh ingredients (often fresher than your local shop), tested recipes, detailed instructions, and great support. You can't really go wrong.
