Its got a freaking built in thermomerter, sweet! Im a bit jealous. I think i got coals to fire up my beers this year. i got some captin america fleece pajama pants too, what?! I definatly want one of those, does it have a screen? Oh god please tell me it dosent.

Lol. No screen. It's the lower priced one from northern brewer.

Na. I'm just happy it has a thermometer and is bigger than my old one.

Is that the 10 gallon model??

My next kettle will probably be a 20 gallon Blichmann, or a keg conversion. If only I could locate a full barrel sized keg for later. :D

Bah, 8 gallons is at least 2 gallons too small IMO/IME. Of course, I'm typically starting the boil with 8+ (more often in the area of 9) gallons (ending up with 6.5-7 gallons going into fermenter). If you can work with an 8 gallon kettle, then it's a good score for you.

Haha. I knew that would come up. I took the picture with my phone and uploaded with my phone to the homebrewtalk app. Not sure why it did it sideways.
