So i just opened up the bucket on my first lager fermentation. 14 days @ 55º. its pretty close to what the FG should be, but I'm nervous about what's going on up top here.

I didnt strain the beer so I thought it might be hops clumping up with some yeast that hasn't fallen yet. But the bubbles and white foam lead me to believe this might be an infection.

Any ideas?

Pull a sample, take a hydrometer reading, and taste it. Does it taste foul, sour?

AFAIK, bubbles and white foam don't necessarily mean infection. Correct me if I'm wrong.
