Hi all, I need some advice/help. I have brewed a Yorkshire Bitter from kit and everything was going to plan. It's now sat in a King Keg plastic pressure barrel. 2 days ago I put a tad I pressure in but yesterday discovered it was flat and not holding pressure. Question: what should I do?

When I used a pressure barrel, I added priming sugar to carbonate it. If you try carbonating via the CO2 cartridge, the CO2 will dissolve in the beer without adding much carbonation. You would need several cartridges to get noticeable carbonation.

Hi there, I may not have explained this very well. The question I have is can I transfer the beer to another barrel and re-carbonate (my barrel leaks CO2)?

As long as you are careful and sanitized shouldn't be an issue. Sounds like you don't have much choice either if you have a leak.
