Default First Time using Five Stars PBW

I was wondering how much of the PBW i should use while soaking roughly 48 bottles over night. I also am not sure how to measure out say an ounce or 1/2 oz. Is there an easy way to do this?

I use roughly 1 tablespoon per gallon of hot water.
When I use the basin in the "brewery" I usually estimate and use ~a cup, probably using more than I need.
Hope that helps.
