Default Fermenter Was Not Sealed Properly

Hi - I just brewed my 1st batch of Black IPA from kit yesterday. I'm using the standard 5 gallon plastic bucket w/ air lock for my primary fermenter. I went to check on it today & realized my lid was not properly sealed all the way. It was tight, but not air tight. It was like this for about 30 hours.

What can I expect to happen because of this? Ruined/contaminated?

You will be fine. You kinda did a mix between open/closed fermentation. As long as nothing was able to fall in..

It should be ok. You want to keep out fruitflies and stuff, but bacteria can't sneak into little cracks like that. I even do open primary for my wines (covering with a towel to keep out dust and fruitflies), so you don't have to worry about not having it 100% airtight.

Probably nothing. There is a very slight chance of wild yeast, but unless your fermenting outside or in a filthy area don't sweat it.
