have the Bell's 2 hearted clone from here in primary. its been fermenting for 3 1/2 weeks. dry hopped it last Friday or Saturday (notes at home, 1 oz centennial). was planning on bottling tonight but brew buddy can't make it. can I wait until Monday to bottle or should I go ahead?
I can't do it Friday Saturday or Sunday due to baseball tournament.

You should be fine to wait. Ten days dry hopping shouldn't cause issues. I normally dry hop for 5-10 days.

I think you'll be fine waiting. that's only 10 days on dry hops, i think for most people this is pretty standard. I personally dry hop for 7 days but, like you, sometimes life gets in the way and it gets done for longer. IMO you're a safe cry away from the "vegetal" "grassy" flavors people sometimes get.
