Does oxiclean sanitize??

Oxyclean is a cleaner and yes you must rinse thoroughly.
Get yourself some no-rinse sanitizer like starsan (my preference) or iodophor.

Oxiclean is for cleaning debri and gunk left in carboys, bottles, racking equipment, ect. Then you rinse and use a sanitizer. I recommend a no-rinse sanitizer, They are great to work with. You can rack right onto the bubbles they leave behind.
