In my latest batch I decided to dunk my brew kettle (with wort) in an ice water bath to cool it, then combined it with cold water and pored it all in the carboy. When I read the temperature it was 56 (my last batch took hours to cool down, this time I over did it, one day I'll get it right). So after a bit I decided to put it in a bath of warm water to get it back up to 75 to pitch. Will I get any weird flavors because of that?
