Had my first two and it may be because I didn't leave enough headspace? Should I open and recvap the others, or will I just have gushers?
Or possibly conditioning temp too warm near a heat duct?

Did you reach your estimated FG? How much sugar did you use, and how many gallons of beer did you bottle? What temp. was it stored at after bottling?

There are many, many reasons for bottle bombs.

5 gal batch, used 5 oz sugar, made the fg, it was a kolsch, and stored at between 68-70 degrees but because it was near a heat duct temp could have gone up intermittently

Stored the bottles there? What kind of yeast did you use? You typically "lager" a kolsch for a few weeks too.
