I've had to move my primary a few times, for reasons I could not avoid, during the first three days of fermentation. Aside from gentle sloshing while walking I kneed the bucket pretty got a couple of times, face palm! How worried should I be about wet cardboard beer?

One of the things you will eventually come to accept is that your beer can suffer quite a bit and still turn out great. As for your specific situation, keep in mind that you have a cloud of carbon dioxide sitting over your beer. If you're really worried, just drink it quickly (I wouldn't be worried).
