I love pale ales and IPAs. I brewed up AHS's pale ale kit a few weeks ago. All DME kit. Decided to follow the instruction to the tee, except for the dry hopping (I just find it a pain). I added the oz at KO instead of dry hop. Partial boil and everything. And I have to say, it is the best PA kit I have made to date. I usually do 5 gallon boils, but I always deviate from the instructions when it comes to kits, so I thought I would do this one pretty much right on.

Awesome kit and will be in regular rotation at my house.

Dry hopping doesn't have to be a pain. Just drop an ounce or two of hops into the carboy and wait a week.
Flameout additions are great, but imo, the aroma from dry hopping can't be achieved otherwise

As for favorite pale ale kit, I've never done an actual kit, but my pale ale recipe is coming out fantastic. I'll post the recipe when I get home.
