I Love Ginger Bread cookies and I Love Hefs, anyone
have any Ideas on combining the two??? I am new
2 brewing and right now I am doing Extract Kits soon
hope to be picking up the equipment for all grain but
for now its Extract Kits.

Before you get into designing beers... perfect your process. Then work on making specialized beers...

However, I would look into all the spices used to make gingerbread cookies, including any brown sugars.

Once you have the base spices, look into how much you need (search speciality beers). Decide if you want more GB flavor (early addition) or smell (late addition) . Build your recipe and BREW!
