500g maris otter
100g crystal malt
400g dark crystal malt
500g light dme
1Kg dextrose

hallertau
saaz
chinook
simcoe
willamette
nelson sauvin

mangrove jacks m07 british ale yeast cake (currently under ipa)

any ideas?
 
I'll assume this is a 1 gallon batch?

Using everything but the dextrose, a nice English Pub/Pale Ale. Some nice Saaz on the back end, with maybe a small amount of Willamette.

Or you could throw in half the dextrose and make a mean DIPA with the Nelson and Simcoe.
 
batch size is also up for suggestion, just trying to come up with something do with left overs.

also just remembered that I have 250g of torrified wheat.
