So I want to clear out my inventory in anticipation of a large grain order coming in. I have the following on hand:

Chocolate Malt-12 oz
English Dark Crystal - 5#
I already have an ESB and an IPA on tap and a Northern English Brown waiting for a keg...what to do? I brew 5 gallon batches, but I also have a 3 gallon better bottle (once I bottle my English barleywine that is waiting patiently...) Any ideas, suggestions?
