i made a beer from some random stuff not too long ago and it turned out wonderful. it's nice and roasty the head is insane actually a bit too much head. i would like to modify it and add some cherry juice in the secondary, then split the batches and sweeten one before bottling. would love any advice

here is my goal:
modify the beer to work with cherry, increase mouth feel and slightly reduce the head.

italics are the stuff i was thinking about adding
4 lb American Six-row Pale(48%)
2 lb American Two-row Pale (24%)
1 lb Caramunich Malt 60 (12%) ( add 1/2 lb)
12 oz Chocolate Malt (US) (9%)
8 oz Wheat Malt (6%)
(1lb crystal 20 )
(1/2 lb flaked oats)
1 oz Glacier at 60 min

Nottingham yeast
Five gallons at ~1.044 at 75%, 24 SRM, 25 IBU

here is the juice i would like to use in the secondary i was thinking about using about 64 oz's

8oz
35 gram carbs
21 gram sugar

You can add some cherry extract to get the flavor too. Just add it to the keg\bottling bucket and you're good to go.

i bought some of this juice and it was amazing that's why i really wanna use it. it's also a local item so i thought it would be fun.
