I'm on a very thin budget. I keep reading about how to make tuns for $40+, but I heard you can do the same thing with a $1.25 bag. I understand the concepts of mashing and sparging, but how does one do this with the bag? The internet is a little quiet on this (or I don't know the right terms to search).
I already have a 10 gal steel pot, and I've brewed extracts before, I just want to graduate to all-grain.
