Do I need to do a cereal mash for grits in a Cream ale, all grain? Only 10% of grain bill. Quick grits straight from the package. Thanks. I will hang up and listen to your answers.

Quick grits do not need a cereal mash. But cooking them will bring out more starch and flavor.
