First time ever brewing! Figured I'd go all out... Aside from slightly over shooting mash temp and fermentation temp for wyeast 1056 no significant problems.
OG 1.060
FG 1.010
-the beer came out fantastic for a first go at it!
Forced co2 in corny kegs
