Look for something with a good metal chuck that can operate at lower speed like 300-500rpm. I don't have specifics tho, I use a cordless dewalt.

Which cordless dewalt models do you use? Mine won't spin I don't think it's high enough power. I think it's only 12 or 14.4 volts

I use a cheap-seats corded DeWalt that I got for $100 a few years back. It powers through with no problem on any RPM I want. (DEWALT 7.8-Amp 1/2-in VSR Drill)
It got a little warm on my last batch of ~17lbs. of grain, but that was in large part because I hand my hand over the exhaust ports...and it was pretty dusty. Kyle

Hmm which would also be good for drilling through SS? Probably the low speed corded right?

This seems to be the one that people keep recommending.
I use a cordless DeWalt too, so I don't have any direct experience with this one...

This is exactly the one I went with... The thing, especially for a Harbor Freight tool, is built like a tank. I went in with a 20% off coupon, found that they mark up the tools in the store over what they sell them for online but still walked out with it for about $33. Worth every penny.

Yes. This one. I don't like the D-handle one. This one has the same lock switch that the D-handle one does, has lower gearing, and better handle placement options.

Take a 20% off coupon and it's something like $37.

I picked it up at my local store, no need to order online.

Mine chews through grain on a MM2-2.0, which take a bit more torque to spin than yours, so it would work no problem.

I use this one. Key features are
Heavy duty
Low speed
Corded

Has the torque to drive the mill and runs at speed appropriate for mill. Corded is critical else you are going to be breaking out that included handle just when you really didn't want to.

I use a cheap B&D from lowes. It's on a light dimmer switch to control speed.
