I brewed Bee Cave Robust Porter on 6/9. The only change I made was to use Marris Otter instead of 2-row. My SG was 1.072 (estimated was 1.069) my FG today is 1.020(estimate is 1.018) same as when I measured two weeks ago. I fermented at a steady 64deg. Yeast was SO4. My FGs are usualy aroung 1.01 but this my first robust Porter. So, an I OK to bottle?
Thanks for any help.

Yep, go for it. If you've been at the same gravity for 2 weeks then you're fine. S04 won't attenuate as much as some other yeasts so 1.072 to 1.020 is pretty good for it.

You've got 72% apparent attenuation, which is reasonable for S-04. A high FG is desirable in a Porter, so bottle it.

53-12oz bottles and it tasted great. Now for the long wait.
Oh wait, that means I have an empty fermenter.
I know what I'm doing tommorrow.

Oh yea, I'm taking a shot at an arrogant bastard clone tomorrow. A friend picked up a tap handle for me so I think I need to use it. :)
