I'm a novice brewer. I've got just about a year of extract batches under my belt, about 9 or so. After my first batch I quickly realized bottling wasn't for me. I've been using the Tap-A-Draft system since my second batch with few problems. I like to keep two batches on tap at a time. So I supplemented my system with a miller lite home draft tap and extra bottles. Long story short, a couple of my bottle are deformed from contact with hot water and one of my threaded co2 cartridge holders snapped yesterday and bent the pressure tube. 1st question: Can my fresh IPA be rescued? 2nd question: can anyone recommend a more robust and reasonably priced portable kegging system. I spend time in my basement or out on the deck and my chiropractor doesn't recommend me carrying a dual tap kegerator up and down the stairs.
