meesed up my first bottle carbing, now what.

I just discovered after waiting a month and a half why my pale ale will not carb. I found the half used 5oz package of priming sugar in the cupboard. I probably only added 2.5 oz of sugar. Now what do I do? I bottled them in champange bottles. Thanks P.S. this was my first bottleing I ever did, Can I open them all and keg it?
 
I would put them in the fridge for awhile (to minimize carb loss) then uncap them and add carb. tabs, then recap and allow them to warm up.

I have never used them, but sounds like the easiest way to remedy low carb w/o too much hassle. Maybe someone will chime in w/ how many are needed to bump your carb. up.
