I recently got a 2nd manifold to add to my keezer. I know I want a secondary regulator between the two Manifolds so I can have one running priming pressures and the other running serving pressure. What I need to know is what do I need to get to connect the regulator to both monifolds. Can I get any metal coupling from the plumbing section at Lowes or do I need to look for something specific?

I don't think it's advisable to split before the connection to the first regulator. The tank is at extremely high pressures and you may be asking for trouble, that said, I've never tried it. So I could be wrong.

What most people would do is buy a secondary regulator. Then you can set the primary regulator to carbing pressure, put a 'T" or manifold after that, then connect the secondary regulator. Depending on how many different pressures you want to have you can buy manifolds that incorporate one to several secondary regulators.

Triple secondary regulator: http://www.morebeer.com/products/secondary-regulator-3.html

It's probably just as easy to get dual primary regulators. All you need is the correct nipple to connect another one to the one you have now. Some have right hand threads, some have left. Lowes has reinforced nylon hose good enough for carbiong pressure. Running high pressure hose at tank pressure is possible but not worth it. I've seen it at a paint ball shop. My manifold is made up of brass fittings from Lowes and check valves from online homebrew shops.
