Brewed an IIPA last week that should finish up with a ABV of 9.5-10%. It will be 4-5 weeks between primary and secondary/dry hopping. Will there be enough viable yeast left to carbonate my brew or will I need to add more? I used Wyeast 1056. I'm asking since I've never made a beer this big, and I don't want to go through bottling and not have my beer carbonate. Anyone have any advice?
