Default silly question: sweetening at carbing time?

hello i made some cider but it's very dry
i'm planning to carb it in kegs.
can i add some sugar in the kegs right before carbing it?
i know there is a risk of refermentation but if i keep it cool and drink
it quickly i should be alright? besides i can monitor the increase in pressure with a gauge.
or is that cheatin' ?
thanks

Dragon

It's not cheatin'. I think you'll be fine if you keep the kegs refrigerated.
