So today I made a peach apple cider using peaches from a coworkers peach tree. Nottingham yeast dry pack. And already surprised fermentation has started. The 1" blowoff tube is bubbling nicely ones every 5-6 seconds.
Temp gauge on the carboy reads 68f. And started at 66f.
Anyone have experiences with fermentation starting this quickly?
