How to serve JAOM

Ok, I know this is a trivial question, but here goes:

How do you guys serve your JAOMs? Chilled or room temp?

I just bottled my first, and my roommate immediately put one in the fridge to taste

, which struck me as odd, even though it had no real reason to.

My experience is room temperature results in more taste and aroma. So that is how I drink it.

I'm a chilled guy for JAOM. Try it both ways and see what you enjoy most. There is no wrong way!
