Hello all.
I'm finally back to brewing on a regular basis so I became a full member. The availability and variety of ingredients and equipment are so much better than when I first started and eventually stopped 10 years ago. Now, I need to understand how to use it all. Thankfully there's an enormous wealth of info available especially through homebrewtalk. I made my first yeast starter recently and it made a big difference on my fermentation. I used some of the tips that I found here, so thanks for your posts.
