Default Hello from SW WA

Hi all,
I started winemaking last summer and do post on WMT from time to time as MilesDavis. As it happens, my wife and I both love cider at least as well as wine, so I did some research, made a batch of Ed's Apfelwein, and was hooked on cidermaking. So far, I'm up to around 10 styles/variations of cider attempted, with three in pipeline style production. And I have more ideas coming.
