Just wanted to introduce myself here.
I've been a homebrewer for about 10 years now, but have taken a break for the last 3-4 years and am now getting back into the spirit with a vengeance!
Just picked up the parts to finish my converted keg kettle yesterday. I've had this thing sitting around (already drilled and hole cut out of top) for 4 years and can't wait to use it.
I've also got a 15gal minibrew conical that's been sitting around un-used since I got it for Christmas 5 years ago.
Can't wait to fill that sucker up!
I got started brewing ciders and came up with some pretty good ones. Now my focus is on beers.
