Hey all!

I finally took the plunge! Picked up Northern Brewers Cyber Monday deal. Just finished my first brew day with success. (Dead ringer extract kit) Quite a bit of a fun and a few lessons learned. (1. Buy a longer thermometer 2. Buy a Wort Chiller)

Caribou Slobber is up next, then i'm going to try and find a decent session recipe.
