Hi, everyone. I just started home brewing again. I was into the hobby a couple of years ago but stopped when my brew buddy moved away. I decided to start again and get my girlfriend to brew with me. She is also a beer junkie and previously managed a beer bar, so I think that she will enjoy the hobby. I have a beer ingredient kit and some supplies (stuff that was lost over the years) currently in the mail. When I brewed in the past, I was not familiar with this forum. I got most of my information from books, videos, and learning from mistakes. To say the least, I am excited to have come across this community of brewers. Well, wish me luck on my first-new batch and I will post with any future questions and/or comments.
