what kind of yeast did you use????
Im in the same boat. Im serving my wine at my wedding in Oct. Luckily I started mine in April so it just be good by then. I stabilized friday. So far so good. I think I used 116 yeast.
I've never done a kit before, but that seems awfully young for a grape wine.
I used a Vintner's Reserve kit, which uses extract to produce a drinkable wine in about a month. Unfortunately, I don't recall the yeast variety that it came with.
