I've gotten so much good advice here, I thought that I'd give back just a bit. I was out at the Brew & Grow in Roselle, and they had Simcoe, Amarillo and Citra in stock. I picked up a couple ounces of Simcoe and Amarillo, probably should have just cleaned it out! I don't even think all of those are listed on their website, but if you are looking for any of these and not having luck elsewhere since there is a shortage, try visiting the Roselle location.

I didn't ask them how much extra they have in stock, so their supply might be limited, but it's worth a trip if you love these varieties!
