I would like to get some melanoidin malt if there is enough of us interested. It is used in a lot of recipes for imperials and D.I.P.A.s. The problem is; 5 pounds will last a LONG time since it is used so sparingly.

Do most buy unmilled grain? I would need mine milled. Does that shorten the shelf life??

Yeah it's all unmilled grain. I am told the self life of milled grain is at max 3 weeks.
