I'm building a new bigger eBIAB so if you don't mind I'd like to pick your brains.
1, Were is the temperature probe located?
2, Does the pump run continuously during the mash?
3, Is all the pumped wort sprayed into the bag?
4, How many gal/minute does the pump move? (44qt system)
My current small system has a tee at the top of the wort return line used to divert some of the returning wort away from the bag/basket and directly back into the outer vessel.
One small request, please would you post a close up picture of the spray head?
