My jug leaked!

My third batch of Kombucha, 1 gallon, had a leak in the spigot.

I now have only about 1/3 or 1/4 of the gallon left.

What should I do? Do start over and save the scoby plus a cup again or can i just add more sugar/tea? It sat about 6 days before the leak .

Unsure what is best option at this point.

If the leak is fixed just top up with tea.
1 cup is a minimum starting volume. My batches are all done in thirds.
1 liter of last batch + 2 liters of new tea.
You can always start with more, starting with less can cause problems.
