I made a pumpkin Oktoberfest with a friend and while it was lagering he found out he was gluten intolerant. I now want to make a gluten free pumpkin beer. Does any body have a recipe?
Thanks for the help.

I have a molasses cookie beer. It can be adapted to pumpkin spice. What do you have access to? LME or all-grain? Mine is all grain. Not sure if it will help or not. It was a pretty good beer.

Everyone's intolerance is a little different. I know that if I get just a little gluten one or two times I'm okay, but a whole traditional barley beer will give me hell. Id say give your equipment an extremely thorough cleaning, maybe 2 times, and sanitize.

Sorry for the delayed response. Been tied up with work. Implementation and compliancy within a strict deadline can such it....

I do grind my own grain. Be very careful with equipment. Definitely don't use a used mill. This has been covered a bit but, the general concensus is to not use any plastics and clean your metal very well with enzyme cleaner.
