Recently brewed a hefeweizen and I screwed up the mash temp. Anyway ended up with a 1.032 og. Decided to make it a raspberry wheat beer I pasteurised about 800grams of frozen raspberries and transferred 21 litres of the beer into another fermenter with the raspberries. The raspberry label says 7.1grams of carbohydrate per 100 grams of which 7.1g sugars. I'm just wondering in terms of abv, will the whole 7.1g per 100 be fermented?? Or what effect will it have on my abv?

Thanks

I made a raspberry wheat a few batches back but didn't see much extra activity with the addition of the raspberries. That was a fantastic brew and like pdxkale the ladies loved it!
