I pitched the yeast (White labs, american hef, liquid) last friday 8/5, it started bubbling on saturday and stopped completely by the end of monday. I'm a complete newbie, this was my first batch so I don't know exactly what the temp of the wort is... I have a heating pad around it in my closet, i turn the heating pad on at night bc it gets cold in my room. Wort is probably bouncing between 60 and 75 degrees... Is 3 days to fast for this beer to stop bubbling?

Not necessarily, but if the wort is getting down to 60 degrees at night your yeast aren't going to stay active. You really need to find out what the temp of the wort is to know how hot or how cold it's getting. Depending on the style of beer most guys like to keep the temp around 67 to 70 if they can. However, some styles of beer require you to ferment at a higher temperature to get the desired flavor however I've never done this with my Wheat's. Do you know what your FG is supposed to be? If you do take three readings over the next three days with your hydrometer and if you get the same reading and it's close to your FG fermentation is complete. If it's way off then you might have a stuck fermentation. Pretty common on Wheat's as it's happened to me.

I had the same experience with my hefe...turned out that I had pitched 5 gallons worth of yeast for a small less than 2 gallon batch. I left it in the primary for 7 days and is currently in my secondary. FG at transfer was 1.015 and it tasted good.....will bottle on Sunday and will have another taste then...

I would auggest that you wait another couple of days and take a SG reading.
