So, I harvested some yeast from a couple of de la senne bottles. Im now at my second starter with this yeast. Its very active, hi krauzen and is growing rapidly. Now after about 5 hours into the second starter it got this dark funguslike stuff on top of the krauzen. It doesnt smell nice either, the earlier starters ive made been smelling nice but this has a sweet weird smell.
