ok so i am new to all of this although i am not making beer I seek help for using super yeast.. ok i stated with 101g of yeast, 4g of water ,4 juice considerate and 6lbs of sugar.
now it is day three and i checked my batch and i am at 0 proof.
Is this normal? Is something wrong? Or should i just relax. lol

Thank you,
form one craftsmen to another! :mug:

you need a triple scale hydrometer not a proof trailes alcoholmeter. take a starting gravity then a finish gravity and this will give you the alcohol content. a proof trailes will not read correctly with sugar content
