Default No Kraeusen forming?

I brewed a batch of LH milk stout this weekend. This is my 4th brew. I did an AG - BIAB.
http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f68/left-hand-milk-stout-clone-139820/

I pitched my yeast with starter (200billion). Next day has lots of bubbles in my air lock. Today still has signs of bubbling but there is no Kraeusen forming on my beer.

My concern is that I might have too much liquid in my Carboy. I boiled for 60 minutes, but I have just plugged this recipe into BeerBrew2 and it called for a 90 minute boil giving me more beer after boil then I should have and I'm concerned that my starter wasn't big enough.

Should I be concerned and add more yeast while the beer is still young or just sit it out.

Any help appreciated
Archie

You're fine. RDWHAHB. Your larger volume is lower gravity. No worries.
