Hello, I recently made a red American wheat using wlp320 yeast. Very slow to start but when it did.......whamo. I went out this morning after 1 day in the fermentation fridge and it had overflown and was everywhere. I used this setup and within 10 minutes I could see the co2 bubbles in the bottom bucket. It is star-san water. I sanitized everything but I had to take lid off and change it because the gasket in the lid popped out on the airlock. Is this setup for a blowoff ok?

Lol. That's it FROG! After I posted it and it started to work I realized that I posted this too early. I have never needed to use the blowoff tube before. It was probably a heff yeast problem. Thanks for the replies.
